Ducks GM Bob Murray appears to be interested in reshaping the face of his franchise, as almost every player on his roster is available for trade.

Helene Elliott of the Los Angeles Times first reported the news Wednesday night, posting on her Twitter account that Murray told her the only untouchables on his team are Teemu Selanne and Saku Koivu, both of whom have full no-movement clauses.
It has been widely reported that forwards Bobby Ryan and Ryan Getzlaf, defensemen Lubomir Visnovsky and Francois Beauchemin, and goalie Jonas Hiller have already been dangled as trade bait.

Murray emphasized that he's not looking to sell players for draft picks and prospects, but would deal a core player in exchange for a similar athlete.

"I still believe we have some core players," Murray told Elliott, who posted his comments on her Twitter account. "Now, whether we have to change a few core players, so be it. They're deciding who's staying and who's not staying at this point."

While many believe it to be difficult for the Ducks to move Corey Perry or Getzlaf, it ultimately comes down to the players showing whether or not they want to be a part of the organization by performing on the ice, as Murray hinted.

Beauchemin can become an unrestricted free agent this summer, and while he has a limited no-trade clause, there's a good chance he'll be dealt by the Feb. 27 trade deadline.

Several teams, including the Toronto Maple Leafs, New York Rangers, Montreal Canadiens, Carolina Hurricanes and Buffalo Sabres, have reportedly inquired about Ryan, while the Tampa Bay Lightning has shown an interest in Visnovsky and Hiller. :kukorica:
